Situated in Upper East Side, New York, a serene and peaceful residence really takes us by surprise. The house’s easy feel and manner really makes us fall in love and we like to deliver compliments to the designer in charge, architect Robert Young’s New York based architecture studio Robert Young Architecture & Interiors.
This Central Park Penthouse is not so big a space yet it is ample enough for you to get airy and breezy atmosphere there. Located in high place, you can expect better light and better fresh air. There is an open plan area features a dining space which look so wow with some fresh green touches, a simple and innocent kitchen in the middle, an a cozy living space with a large book shelve for a home library.
Yet, this huge shelving also functions as wall that hides a small white-washed bathroom and gives you a surprise again. At the opposite side, there is a casual workspace. In another tail part, there is a kid’s study space which contains lots of fun things like children’s drawing and creative works. Private rooms like kids’ and parents’ bedrooms are also managed very impressively.
At the outside deck, you may find a nice sitting lounge with some plants seen to make you feel refreshed. See more from images here and make sure you get inspired. This one will do, trust us. Enjoy this cool modern home design guys.
