A damn minimalist beauty is the contemporary house situated in the Yoro District, Japan. We really like this ample residence in most simple and modest furnishing. The look is very airy and breezy exuding refreshing aura which can help you relax and enjoy your space.
It was Airhouse Design Office who has been in charge of the project and successfully finished it in 2012. The house was designed following the demands and need of client to have a space where the presence of family is apparent and obvious which can be seen and felt also. There were some efforts made like installing a large kitchen to fulfill the need of the couple who love to make foods and enjoy eating a lot.
This space is tremendously massive and spacious so the heat is to be paid more attention. To minimize its use, a 100mm layer of urethane foam was attached to the walls, floors and ceiling, while a combined heat and power device was featured in the living room to heat water and provides floor heating.
Some other existing features are preserved and re-used to minimize and lower the budget and get rid of unnecessary and excessive expenses. The house owns great atmosphere and comfy feels which are there for everyone to really see and feel. This can be said a push home as well, though you may not find so many glamorous things.
